Girls in Aviation Day is a free event for ages 8-17 with aviation activities, free stuff, guest speakers, and lots of fun!

Kids ages 8-17 are invited to join us at the Land of Enchantment Fly-In at Double Eagle Airport near Albuquerque on September 27th, 2025 for a fun filled day of aviation activities and education.

The Girls in Aviation Day portion will run from 10am to noon. Girls in Aviation Day sign in starts at 9:30am.

***Parents or Guardians are required to remain with the girls for the event and activities. This is for safety reasons due to the event taking place at an airport with an active flight line.***

Since the very first Women in Aviation International Girls in Aviation Day in 2015, the annual WAI event has grown every year since its first gathering of 32 events and 3,200 participants.
